1. Terms of Use

By using Bible Lots or BibleLots.net, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. Bible Lots is provided for Scripture reading and related personal use. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and Bible Lots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

2. Bible Lots Use / Theological Disclaimer

Bible Lots casts within the Scripture pool and method selected by the reader. It does not claim divine revelation, prophecy, personal messages from God, pastoral advice, or theological certainty based on a randomized result.

Read Scripture in context and use prayer, discernment, sound interpretation, and study. Do not use a cast to settle consequential decisions.

3. Beta Software Terms

The current beta covers iPhone and Android phone features. Apple Watch and Wear OS companion features are not included. Beta software may contain bugs, change, behave unexpectedly, or lose local test data. Back up anything important and report problems through the support channel.

4. Bible Lots Supporter Subscription Terms

Bible Lots Supporter is planned as an annual auto-renewing membership priced at $5.99/year in the United States. The actual localized price and taxes are shown by Apple or Google at purchase. The membership renews automatically unless canceled through the applicable store account before renewal. Purchase restoration is supported through the applicable platform.

Supporter benefits are Apple Watch / Wear OS companion access, priority consideration for supporter feature feedback, and helping sustain continued development. Phone Bible reading and casting remain free. Feature requests, replies, implementation, voting control, and personal consultation are not guaranteed. Supporter is coming with release and is not part of the current beta.

5. One-Time Support Terms

Give Once is a separate one-time payment processed through Stripe. It is not Bible Lots Supporter, creates no membership, and grants no additional app features. Bible Lots does not claim charitable or nonprofit status, and contributions are not represented as tax-deductible. For an accidental payment, contact support@biblelots.net promptly; refunds are handled as required by applicable law and payment-provider rules.

6. Bible Text Attribution

The Holy Bible, Berean Standard Bible (BSB), is produced in cooperation with Bible Hub, Discovery Bible, OpenBible.com, and the Berean Bible Translation Committee. The text has been dedicated to the public domain.

Bible Lots owns or licenses its application code, interface, and original editorial material. It does not claim copyright ownership over BSB Scripture text.

7. Third-Party Notices

The mobile app uses third-party software including Expo, React, React Native, Hermes, AsyncStorage, Expo Crypto, Expo Clipboard, React Native Pager View, React Native Safe Area Context, and their transitive dependencies. Their respective licenses and notices remain controlling. Website delivery and optional payment processing are provided by Cloudflare and Stripe under their applicable terms.
