Helpful context
When possible, include your platform, app version/build, device or browser, the screen you were using, the book/chapter if relevant, a concise description, and steps to reproduce. Please do not include passwords or unnecessary private information.
Basic troubleshooting
- Close and reopen Bible Lots, or reload Bible Lots Web.
- Confirm you are using the latest public iPhone app or latest Android test build available to you.
- Restart the device if a screen or native control is unresponsive.
- If layout or text appears wrong, mention your display/text-size settings.
- For a repeatable issue, list the Scripture pool and casting method selected.
Offline troubleshooting
The mobile Bible and core cast are designed to work offline. Bible Lots Web works offline after the app indicates “Ready offline.” If not ready, open the Web app while connected and wait for preparation to finish. Then retry in airplane mode and report the device, browser or build, selected pool/method, and exact error shown.
Android beta help
Current testing is for Android phones, not Apple Watch or Wear OS. See the Android Beta page for signup and useful test areas. The iPhone app is publicly available.

For former Supporter subscribers
The Bible Lots Supporter subscription has been discontinued with the fully-free update; existing feature access no longer depends on it. If you have an Apple subscription, check Apple’s subscription settings to manage or cancel it. Apple handles billing and refunds under its terms and applicable law.
